Mason Jar Care

  • After you have made your jar product, soak the jar in a large mixing bowl for @ 30 minutes. Use a spackling spatula to remove the soft label. If this does not do the job, add a small amount of WD-40 to a paper towel. Then wash the jar, lid and ring in the dishwasher. Let dry completely in dishwasher and then continue to let dry for an afternoon. Then you have a storage jar for ingredients or storing fresh fruit in frig.

  • All jars are wrapped in large bubble wrap. Smaller jars are wrapped in regular bubble or foam. I use heavy-weight kraft mailing boxes with cardboard sheets for the bottom and then filled with more large bubble or kraft packing paper.

  • Use the mason jars for all kinds of storage: pasta, rice, baking mixes, candies, cupcake papers, screws, etc.

“Apple Cider Doughnut Cake Mix“ Is Amazing…

It reminds me of the little side shops on the Blue Ridge Parkway where they sold Apple Cider Doughnuts… Sarah 1/14/25
